Terms And Conditions

1. Participation is open only to Indian nationals, except employees of Viacom 18 Media Pvt. Ltd., the respective contest sponsor on MTV and MTV Online.

2. Winners will be selected in accordance with the rules framed by Viacom 18 Media Pvt. Ltd..

3. The judges’ decision is final. No correspondence in connection with the procedure adopted or the results of the decision will be entertained by the judges.

4. All disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai city alone.

5. No purchase required.

6. Tax liability, if any, will be borne by winners.

7. Winners must fulfill prize contract requirements.

8. Prizes not exchangeable for cash.

9. Applicants below 18 years need parental consent.

10. The channel will not be responsible for any loss of entries in transit.

11. For gratification that involves overseas travel:

i) Possession of a valid passport is a must.

ii) Viacom 18 Media Pvt. Ltd. does not guarantee the winner availability of Visas and or tickets, as it is not the channel's area of expertise. The winner will be provided all possible procedural help and guidance from the channel's travel desk.

iii) Viacom 18 Media Pvt. Ltd. will provide a very useful letter to the respective country's embassy stating the need for travel and other gratification details. Though it is sufficient in most cases, it is finally the respective embassy's decision to grant or reject the visa. Viacom 18 Media Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible for the same and for any consequences thereof.

iv) Availability of tickets entirely dependent on the season and airline bookings.

v) Contestants without an Emmigration Clearance Not Required stamp on their passports will have to bear the cost of getting an ECNR.

12. It is the contestants’ responsibility to ensure that their personal details (name, address, date of birth, email id) are always updated and accurate in order to be able to receive the gratification/notification in time. (See note on 'The Correct Address' below)

THE CORRECT ADDRESS * We notify winners at the addresses entered/modified by the users in our database at the time of registering/modifying. Thus it is in the surfer’s interest that his/her database is kept updated in our database, so that the prizes easily find their way home!
