Forgot To Pack Lingerie? Delhi International Airport To Soon Get A Lingerie Vending Machine

You go to a lingerie store. And see a man behind the counter. Does that make you awkward? Or does it get worse when you have to hold up two sizes in your hands trying to figure which will fit better? Or when you attempt to give specifications: “I’m looking for a two-cup push-up in full lace, please. Thanks.”

If any of this sounds familiar, then you’re part of the reason that the Welspun Group is launching a lingerie vending machine at the Delhi international airport in February 2018.

“We have just launched our first vending machine at VAMA Departmental Store on Peddar Road, Mumbai, and are planning to launch the next one at the Delhi international airport by February 2018,” Radhika Goenka, the heiress to the Welspun Group, told IANS. According to reports, the vending machine will be dispensing the all-black ‘Be Mine’ collection.

“There is a stereotype attached with buying lingerie in public or even talking about it for that matter. The vending machine has been launched to change that perception...,” Goenka explained.
