Most Indians don’t have kind words for these amazing women. People are stuck with certain prejudices when it comes to body types, and they’re so insecure, so averse to accept change, that they end up body shaming women for being ripped AF – ever heard anything more absurd? 

 

Enough about the losers. Let’s talk about the ballers of the day. Or, even better, let’s just look at them pushing it at the gym. These are our champions, representing India all over the world, bringing glory to the nation. But most importantly, teaching girls all over the world that they don’t need to take shit from anybody. Prepare to get inspired.

 

1. Yashmeen Chauhan

 

 

Gym owner, bad-ass biker, ice-cream connoisseur, and wife, Yashmeen Chauhan has also won Gladrags Mrs. India 2005 Best Body Award. Check her sweat it out.

 

 

2. Shwetha Rathod

 

 

The first Indian woman to bring home a medal from the WBPF World Championship in 2014, Rathod used to workout in secret during her initial days because her father was dead against it. Look at the beast go.
