Tablet Wars!

So after Google Nexus 7 blew its competition out of the water, Apple brings out "something" as a sharp response. Read on to know more:

Apple has invited the press to reveal “a little more” on October 23rd; on the other hand the Google Nexus 7 has been declared the highest selling Android tablet just 3 months from its introduction into the market. Now, doesn’t that make sense? Besides, let me put it this way, the reason is not size but money. So, it’s not that the tech companies have become reasonable, because a smaller sized tablet also means slashing out some essentials.

Your regular iPad has a screen size of 9.7 inches and costs around $499; if the analysts are right, the new iPad mini will cost $249 and have a screen size of 7.8 inches, but no 3G or 4G according to the Guardian and the leaked photographs of the mini make it clear that the seven incher won’t have any camera either. As far as the people’s preference goes, they are quite satisfied with Apple’s standard iPad models; it is only after Google and Amazon have chosen to beard the lion in his den that the company is back to production mode.

On the other hand, it may just be a nexus between the three companies to remove the other competitors who would not be able to share the stage with the same spontaneity. Nevertheless, the rumours will soon be exhumed, now that Apple has announced the press release at San Jose, California. Yet, they haven’t said what they are revealing other than saying “We’ve got a little more to show you”; and, although, Steve Jobs was not keen on a smaller sized tablet, the company would still have to keep the ball rolling, as regards to the ongoing competition in the Tablet market.
