On The Job season 2 rolls on with another exciting new career – Fashion Photography. Keeping with the same promise of giving the winner contestant the first break into the biggest business today- the world of entertainment and glamour. The second episode of On The Job opened with hot women looking their best.

Our three aspiring fashion photographers belonged to the hubs of the industry in the country, Sakshi from Delhi, Aniket and Kshitij from Mumbai. The task given to them was to click pictures for the months of May, August and December for a calendar.

As put by Rajeev Chudasama, the owner of Marching Ants and Hardeep Sachdev, one of the leading fashion photographers in the industry today, the contestants would be judged on the basis of their framing skills and depicting the flavour of the month through the picture.

The contestants were given three setups to shoot in for the three pictures which included recce, art direction, costumes and make-up brief, lighting, shooting and post-production.

The jury members were the veteran Rajeev Chudasama, the master of all Pritish Nandy and the very talented Hardeep Sachdev.

The three contenders showcased their skills to the best of their capabilities. From setting up the frame to collaborating with the art director to deciding the costumes, make-up with the stylists and briefing the models, the three competed for the coveted internship. In the end, they all clicked vibrant snapshots.
