On The Job season 2 rolls on with another exciting new career – NGO.

Keeping with the same promise of giving the winner contestant the first break into the biggest NGO today Child line - the world of social service.

Our six participants were Len, Abhisharan, Rinali, Ashima, Schnelle and Vichita. The task given to them was to set up a play on the brief provided by Kavita from CHILDLINE.

On day 1, the 6 contestants were divided into 2 teams of 3 each. Team 1 had Len, Ashima & Vichita. Team 2 comprised of Abhisharan, Rinali & Schenelle. Both teams were given 6 hours each to prepare a street play of 8-10 min which they would perform in a Mall the next day. Both teams went through their up & downs…..finally created and practiced for the D-day.

Day 2 was their performance at "Orchid City Centre, Mumbai Central". They performed in front of a crowd of 150 odd people.
