On The Job season 2 rolls on with another exciting new career –RJing. Better known as a Radio Jockey.

Four aspiring RJ freshers get an opportunity to go live on 94.3 Radio One for a half an hour show. They are trained by Radio One's most famous RJ duo 'Jaggu' & 'Tarana'.

They are given 45 minutes to prepare the show. During the actual on air show both teams get in trouble because of lack of technical know how of a radio station and its equipments. Further they have a surprise celeb guest on show Nirav from the movie “Jane tu” who plays the character of Jignesh.

The first team Rameez & Nishtha don’t allow the celeb to talk a word they just keep shooting one question after the other. The celeb gets ticked off and actually leaves the show. Team two Vishal & Pooja keep referring Nirav as Jignesh his character name through out the show without bothering to inform their audiences of his real name.

While all this is happening we have the best from the field Jaggu & Tarana monitoring every move of these contenders.
