I further agree that you may use my name, voice and likeness and biographical facts, which may have been provided to you including without limitation in advertising and promotion of the show.

If selected a Roadie, I confirm to be available from 15th October '08 to 15th November '09 for MTV Hero Honda Roadies and all other affiliate activities/events/promotions.
